New Business on Main Street

“At Aviator Cookie Company we specialize in making quality cookies from scratch without any added preservatives baked fresh every day. With over 30 cookie recipes of my own creation, we will sell at least 12 different varieties every day on Main Street. We will always have the staples like Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Raisin, but will be rotating daily our specialty cookies like Salted Caramel and Cinnamon Roll cookies. Aviator Cookie Company will have a fun aviation themed atmosphere, featuring an actual airplane wing serving as the counter, and airplane cookie kids-pack to decorate at home. Aviator Cookie Company will be a fun reason to get out and enjoy downtown Midland while grabbing a quick treat.”

This new shop will be opening on Main Street in Downtown Midland. Renovations to the space are currently underway and they plan to open sometime late winter, or early Spring! Stay tuned to their facebook page for updates.
